In this Little League Throwing Drill, we want to put first time t-ball players in a position to succeed. Positive reinforcement is a crucial aspect of teaching and coaching in any sport, including Little League Tee Ball. Positive reinforcement involves providing feedback that encourages and reinforces desired behaviors and actions in players. When coaches use positive reinforcement techniques, they can help players develop confidence, motivation, and a sense of accomplishment, which can all contribute to success on the field. In this drill, we are giving first time tee ball players instructions to throw a ball either above or below a line.
